Registration for Sponsorship Opportunities is now open. We have greatly simplified our opportunities for 2024, with each business/person registration at minimum getting their name on a team's jerseys.

Our 2024 Spring Uniform Order has been placed so Team Sponsors are no longer available. We still welcome sponsors and will work with you to find other sponsorship options. Please reach out to sponsorship@cpyaonline.com

Sponsorships are essential to running the CPYA league at a competitive price point for our families. The monies raised go directly into complex improvements each year to get the fields safe and looking great. They also help offset equipment and uniform costs. Thank you for considering!
