Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Spring Registration

CPYA offers a 90% refund if requested before the original registration window closes. **This does not include the late registration period** After the initial registration window closes and prior to complex opening (date is available on the league calendar) a 25% refund can be issued upon request. After complex opening, NO REFUND is offered. By completing registration, you agree to this policy.
