2026 Spring Registration
Updated Registration Fees
We’re excited to kick off another great season of CP baseball and softball! Our focus remains on providing a fun, safe, and high-quality experience for every player, all while keeping costs as affordable as possible for our families. This year, we’ve made the decision to keep registration fees flat (no increase over last Spring.)
Your registration fees directly support:
- Field maintenance and safety (infield mix, chalk, paint, equipment repairs)
- Umpires and game officials, where needed
- Uniforms
- Facility utilities
- Insurance, background checks, and league compliance
- Team equipment and first-aid supplies
Additionally, your price also includes 10 raffle tickets ($20), which will be issued to each player on League Day for a chance to win a prize!
We’ve kept this increase as minimal as possible while ensuring every child continues to have the best playing experience possible.
Volunteer Requirement (New This Season)
To keep our programs running smoothly, each family is asked to volunteer 2 hours per season or choose a $25 opt-out fee during registration. This change helps distribute the workload more evenly and will help offset the growing costs of field upkeep, equipment, and operations.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Snack stand
- Field maintenance
- Coaching
How it works:
- During registration, select whether you’ll volunteer or pay the $25 opt-out fee.
- Once the season starts, families who opt to volunteer will be able to select a volunteer opportunity under the Volunteer tab in their profile.
- From there, you can sign up for available shifts in the snack stand, field maintenance, or coaching.
This new volunteer program ensures every family can play a role - either by giving a little time or contributing a small fee - to keep our complex safe, our fields maintained, and our programs thriving.
Financial Assistance
We never want cost to be a barrier. If you need assistance, please reach out confidentially at president@cpyaonline.com to discuss options.
